Limited Warranty

Super Tire Inc warrants, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations stated herein, tires it sells to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.


(1). You are the authorized distributors from Super Tire Inc.
(2). Your tires bear the Department of Transportation prescribed tires identification numbers and are not branded “NA” (Not Adjustable) or “Blem” (Blemish), and
(3). Your tires have been used only on the vehicle on which they were originally installed according to the vehicle manufacturer's or tire manufacture's recommendations, and your tires were purchased within five years.
Super Tire warrants that if a defect in workmanship and materials is found in any Super Tire sold tire during the tread life (defined below) within five years from the original date of purchase, Adjustment on out-of-balance or out–of-round tires is allowed only during the first 2/32” of the original tread.
The warranty period for the coating of the wheel is ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
A credit will be given toward the purchase of a comparable new tire supplied by Super Tire in proportion of the original usable tread remaining on such defective tire to the original usable tread of the new tire. Applicable taxes on the new tire and costs of mounting and balancing service will be borne by the owner.
A tire has delivered its full original tread life and the new tire coverage of this warranty ends when the tread wear indicators become visible, or three five years from the date of original tire manufacture or new tire purchase date (without proof of purchase, date of manufacture will be used or determine age).
In order to be eligible for the limited Warranty Service, a Official Warranty Claim Form must be filled out and sent into Super Tire Inc along with DOT number(s) and serial number(s) cut off from the tire, picture(s) of the tire and of the adjustable condition visibly marked on the tire.
This warranty, or any warranty stated or referred to herein, is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty regarding the quality of tires, whether expressed or implied, and remedies for breach thereof shall be limited to those specifically provided herein.
Proper vehicle and tire care is necessary to obtain the expected wear from a tire, It is your obligation to properly maintain your tires and the vehicle upon which they are mounted, including:
(A) Operating your tires at the inflation pressure recommended by the vehicle manufacturer
(B) Keep your tire/wheel assemblies in balance.
(C) Maintain proper wheel alignment.

The following is not covered under the warranty:

  • Road Hazards (including, but not limited to, punctures, cuts, snags, impact breaks)
  • Wrecks
  • Collisions
  • Fire
  • Improper inflation
  • Overloading
  • Improper mounting or de-mounting
  • Damage as a result of improper operation or maintenance, including, but not limited to, causing excessive operational temperatures that exceed the tire’s capabilities
  • Mechanical condition of vehicle
  • Ride disturbance after less than 2/32nds of original tread remaining
  • Altered tires
  • Weather cracking on tires more than 2 years old
  • Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, incidental or consequential damages
  • Tires older than five years will not be eligible for warranty or adjustment unless agreed upon by manufacturer
